Product Description

Oberon Wi-Tile Ceiling Enclosures 1051 will no longer be offered by Oberon after May 1, 2025, and will be replaced by Oberon Wi-Tile Ceiling Enclosures 1075. Oberon Wi-Tile Ceiling Enclosures 1075 offers a larger door opening to accommodate larger Wi-Fi access points from virtually all AP vendors, protecting your investment for future upgrades.

The 1075 series ceiling enclosures feature a smooth bezel with rounded corners and a unique attachment mechanism for easier installation and a tight fit against hard ceilings. It features the largest backbox available for ceiling systems supported on 16-inch centers.

Oberon will continue to offer Retrofit Doors 1052 (PNs 38-105X-) to accommodate new generation Wi-Fi access points on request. Please contact Oberon for details.

Oberon® Wi-Tile Enclosures 1051 are locking hard lid ceiling or wall mount enclosures designed for Wi-Fi and small cell wireless APs and DAS remote units with integrated or detachable antennas. This aesthetic, white powder-coated steel enclosure has an 17.5 in. square bezel which fastens into the ceiling or wall and simplifies access point moves, adds, and changes. The 1051-00 model has openings in the door to mount up to seven external antennas. Other configurations permit the AP or clear polycarbonate dome (1051-CP) to mount in the door. Interchangeable retrofit doors allow current owners to upgrade to new AP or antenna solutions from different vendors by swapping doors.
