Health Coverage

Your ability to live a healthier, happier life depends on a number of factors, but there’s no denying that having options is important. That’s why CPI offers three generously appointed medical plan options:

  • Traditional PPO Plan with a low deductible and copays
  • ‌Highly cost-effective HMO Plan for California and Texas employee owners within a wide network of providers
  • ‌A High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) PPO that’s entirely FREE for employee owners AND dependents who are eligibly enrolled in the CPI Wellness Program.
  • ‌The HDHP also comes with a Health Savings Account (HSA) that includes a generous employer contribution each year, along with options for additional employee contributions

Additional health coverage includes:

  • Options for pre-tax spending accounts, including a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and the aforementioned HSA
  • Dental coverage that provides preventive, basic and restorative benefits as well as adult and child orthodontia
  • Vision coverage that provides annual eye exams and options for glasses and contact lens
