Adjustable panels mount effortlessly on top of a row of cabinets to create a Hot Aisle Containment Duct. The panels feature a unique telescoping design that allows infinite adjustment within the specified height range. Panels are sized to match the width of each cabinet. One panel is required per cabinet.

Elevate™ Adjustable Containment Solution for Hot Aisle Containment offers a cutting-edge approach to improve data center efficiency through effective hot air management. This innovative system links two rows of cabinets, forming a sealed pathway that channels hot air from the cabinet tops to an overhead drop ceiling. This creates an efficient closed hot air return system. The solution features a telescoping two-piece panel that precisely fits between the cabinet roof and the ceiling, allowing for seamless adjustment to form a duct connecting the ZetaFrame® cabinet to the ceiling and eliminating the need for custom modifications on-site.

Panels span across the aisle between two rows of cabinets to create a Hot Aisle Containment Duct. The telescoping panels allow infinite adjustment within the specified height range. The panels mount to the top of Aisle Containment Double Door Assemblies (32770-XXX). Panel size options allow rear frame alignment or mid-span alignment for 1200 mm – 1100 mm depth cabinets.

Panels mount to the top of a single row of cabinets to create a shared Vertical Exhaust Duct. The panels allow infinite adjustment within the specified height range. The panels mount to the side of 14500-XXX Adjustable Containment Solution Panels to create the Vertical Exhaust Duct. Two kits are required per row to complete both ends of the duct.

Elevate™ Adjustable Containment Solution for Row Level Vertical Exhaust Duct offers a cutting-edge approach to improving data center efficiency through effective hot air management. This innovative system is designed for a single row of cabinets, forming a sealed pathway that channels hot air from the tops of the cabinets to an overhead drop ceiling, thus creating an efficient closed hot air return system. The solution features a telescoping twopiece panel that precisely fits between the cabinet roof and the ceiling, allowing for seamless adjustment to form a duct connecting the ZetaFrame® cabinet to the ceiling and eliminating the need for custom modifications on-site.

The ACS Brush Kit provides a penetration port through the 6 mm double wall polycarbonate panel for cabling infrastructure. When properly installed, the ACS brush kit will limit air leakage through the penetration and provide edge trim to protect cabling from sharp edges. Install the ACS brush kit in a restricted service environment, such as a data center. Use indoors only, in environmentally controlled areas; do not use outdoors, in harsh environments or in air-handling spaces. The ACS brush kit is sized for use with standard cable runway sizes:  12”, 18”, and 24” width.

Aisle Containment Doors are used on the ends of two adjacent rows of cabinets. The doors are part of a complete Aisle

Containment Solution that captures cold air or vents hot air from an enclosed aisle.

Build To Spec (BTS) includes all of the components needed to construct a ceiling-supported or cabinet-supported duct system to capture and direct airflow in the contained aisle. This solution integrates with perimeter cooling, provides immediate improved cooling efficiency and is compatible with economization methods. Field fabrication duct accom-modates site differences and existing conditions.

Secures the Aisle Containment Door Assembly to the tops of the cabinets. Two versions for use with or without Door Standoff Kit (P/N 32870). Includes two brackets; available in three height ranges.

The Floor Mounting Template provides a pattern for marking and drilling the floor when installing Aisle Containment Doors. Reusable, only one required.

Offsets door from the side of the cabinets, so floor mounting hardware is not located over the edges of the floor tiles. Provides approximately 2.5” (64 mm) standoff.

Use with Cabinet Supported Solutions only. Flush mount and offset mount versions avail-able in three size ranges. Seals the gap above the door when the door is attached to cabi-nets over 88” (2235 mm) tall.

Aisle Containment Cabinet To Floor Seal Kits are used at the bottom of cabinets to seal the space between the bottom of the cabinet and the floor when leveling feet or casters are in use. Eliminating this source of bypass airflow is essential due to the high pressure typically experienced in this area.

Compatible with F-Series TeraFrame® Gen 3 Cabinets, GF-Series​ GlobalFrame® Gen 2 Cabinets and N-Series TeraFrame® Gen 3 Cabinets (Cabinets have half-height side panels and top panels with covered cable openings in each corner.)

Universal Cabinet Panel is an optional accessory that is used with the Frame Supported Hot Aisle Containment (HAC) Solution and the Cabinet Supported Cold Aisle Containment (CAC) Solution. In both instances the panel is added when cabinets vary in width and height to seal the space between the top of the cabinet and the Frame Supported Exhaust Duct or Cabinet Supported Ceiling Panel Kit.

Adjustable Height Filler Panel is an optional accessory that is used with the Frame Supported Hot Aisle Containment (HAC) Solution and the Cabinet Supported Cold Aisle Containment (CAC) Solution.
